L’AURUM VINTAGE specialises in curated vintage jewellery. Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-owned and may show minor signs of age, wear, or patina consistent with their history and character.

We take care to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible. However:

  • colours, tones, and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings
  • slight variations may exist between on-screen images and the item received
  • measurements, weights, gemstone descriptions, and other details may include reasonable minor variations

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be updated or corrected at any time without prior notice.

Because many pieces are one of a kind, once a piece is sold it may not be available again.

3. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product from us.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include cases involving:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity
  • pricing or listing errors
  • product unavailability
  • unusual or suspicious order patterns

An order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and we have confirmed acceptance.

If we are unable to accept your order, or if we need to cancel it after submission, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout and refund any payment received where appropriate.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, weather, strikes, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided in your order. Ownership of the goods passes once full payment has been received.
