Returns

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your jewellery piece.Once a return has been approved,the item must be returned within 14 days. 

If you wish to return an item, please email info@laurumvintage.co.uk with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Returns sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. This means the piece must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Please note:

• Rings that have been resized are not eligible for return, and sales will be considered final in these circumstances.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with UK consumer law where applicable. 

Vintage Jewellery Disclaimer

L’AURUM VINTAGE specialises in authentic vintage jewellery. Many pieces are pre-owned and may be several decades old.

As a result, items may show minor signs of age, wear, or patina, which are considered part of the character and history of vintage jewellery. These characteristics are not regarded as defects.

We aim to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 10–14 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact info@laurumvintage.co.uk and we will assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewellery piece arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
