Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery - Tracked & Signed, for secure delivery.Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Free delivery for orders £300 and up 

Delivery delays may occur due to postal disruptions, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the shipping option selected.

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.If any delivery issues occur, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier and investigating the shipment.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or other factors outside our control.

Where tracking confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, L’AURUM VINTAGE cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or missing in transit, please contact us so that we can assist in investigating the matter with the shipping carrier.

In some cases, the carrier may require time to complete an investigation before a claim can be processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or recover the shipment.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address details may be the responsibility of the customer.
